I am delighted to share with you the highlights from our recent event, Boarders Got Talent, which took place last week. This event showcased the incredible talents of our students, who competed in various categories including singing, dancing, comedy, and playing musical instruments. The enthusiasm and skill displayed by the participants made it an evening to remember.
The competition was fierce as students vied for the coveted Boarders Got Talent trophy. Each performance was met with loud cheers and applause from the audience, reflecting the strong sense of community and support among our boarders. It was heartening to see students stepping out of their comfort zones and expressing their creativity and passion.
Our talented singers captivated us with their beautiful voices, while the dancers amazed us with their energy and precision. The comedians had everyone in stitches with their witty humour, and the musicians impressed with their skilful performances on various instruments. The diversity of talents on display truly highlighted the unique abilities of our students.
The event was a huge success and was thoroughly enjoyed by the entire boarding community. It not only provided a platform for our students to showcase their talents but also helped to strengthen the bonds within our community.
We are incredibly proud of all the participants for their hard work and dedication. A special congratulations to our trophy winners, Shao Shen and Jackie, whose outstanding performance earned them the top prize.
Thank you to everyone who supported this event, including the staff, judges, and, of course, the students. Your efforts made Boarders Got Talent a memorable and joyous occasion for all. A special mention also to Franky who has worked tirelessly to ensure this is an eagerly awaited and much looked forward to part of our boarding calendar since he and his friends came up with the idea three years ago.
We look forward to next year’s 4th BGT, celebrating the diverse talents and creativity of our students.
