Admissions - Pre-Prep

There is always so much going on at Queen's College Pre-Prep that a website can only give you a small insight into what it means to be part of our school.

I hope that you will come and visit so that you can meet the Headmistress, Tracey Khodabandehloo, our staff and pupils and see for yourself what a vibrant place this is in which to learn.

I recommend that families considering a Queen's College education should arrange an individual visit. The visit will include a tour of the School and a meeting with the Headmistress. Following a visit, the next step is to complete and return the registration form. Please click here to download a copy.

Your son or daughter will then be invited to come and spend a taster day in school where they will meet other pupils and staff, take part in lessons and enjoy some sport, music or drama lessons. Children coming into the Pre-Prep are assessed at this time.

Those pupils with Learning Development requirements will be seen on an individual basis and assessed by our Head of Learning Development alongside teaching staff.

Following the taster day and assessments, an offer letter is sent and parents are asked to accept the place in writing and pay the deposit, normally within two weeks of offer. We also request reports from the pupil's current school.

Joining instructions which include information on how to obtain school uniform, policies, fees, medical forms and travel are sent to parents during the Summer term.

To arrange a visit and to discuss your child, do telephone me on 01823 278928 or email junioradmissions@queenscollege.org.uk – I look forward to meeting you.
